Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Please refer to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for cancellation and refunds terms in relation to usage of the Platform for availing Services.
The Customer agrees and acknowledges that InstantMenu shall not be responsible for:
1) The food items provided by the vendors/outlet including but not limited to serving of food Orders suiting your requirements and taste.
2) The availability or unavailability of certain items on the menu.
3) The vendor serving the incorrect Orders.
4) Product liability of items provided by vendors.
The details of the menu and price list available on the Platform with respect to restaurant services, goods or any other services are based on the information provided by the Vendors and InstantMenu shall not be responsible for any change or cancellation or unavailability.
The customer understands that InstantMenu liability ends once Order has been delivered to him/her, except where the product liability of the vendor subsists.
Services provided:
You agree and acknowledge that InstantMenu shall be liable in the event you have failed to adhere to the Terms of Use.
1) Customer shall be required to provide credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment on the platform. In this regard, customer agrees to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing the Services. Customer shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by customer, i.e. in any transaction, customer must use his/her own credit/ debit card. The information provided by the customer will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Customer shall be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her credit/ debit card details. We expressly disclaim all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/ debit card.
2) If vendor initiate refund or cancel order, their customer will get refund within 6-7 working days.
3) We constantly strive to provide you with accurate information on the platform. However, in the event of an error, we may, in our sole discretion, contact you with further instructions.
4) If you use the Platform, you do the same at your own risk.
5) Customers agrees that the Services shall be provided through the Platform only during the working hours of the relevant Vendors.
Cancellation or refundable policy for subscription
1) Paid subscription plan is cancelable only if you cancels the subscription within 7 days of purchasing the plan. You will get the refund within 7-8 working days. No cancellation will be made after 7 days of purchase date.
2) If any issue occurs due to any technical issue, then InstantMenu will verify the issue and if the issue will be valid then the subscription will be cancelled by the InstantMenu and vendor can get their refund.
Cancellation or refundable policy for customer
1) If vendor initiate refund or cancels the order, their customer will get refund within 6-7 working days.
2) Customer can not cancel their orders. Orders will be only cancelled by vendors/outlets.
3) If vendor has not processed the order within 5hrs the order will gets automatically cancelled and refund will be initiated and amount will be refunded to customer within 6-7 working days.
4) Vendor can cancel orders in multiple stages in multiple services:
- DineIn
Orders can be cancelled when order is in New Order, Preparing, Served stages.
- Home Delivery
Orders can be cancelled when order is in New Order, Preparing, On the way stages.
-Take Away
Orders can be cancelled when order is in New Order, Preparing, Pickup stages.
-Room Order
Orders can be cancelled when order is in New Order, Preparing, Served stages.
- Drive Thru
Orders can be cancelled when order is in New Order, Preparing, Pickup stages.
Changes to This Cancellation & Refunds
We may update our Cancellation & Refunds from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Cancellation & Refunds on this page.
